Sculptures (in my studio) created with wax for the installation “Cot” 2019

Sculptures created with wax for the installation “Cot” October of 2019. I used to create candles with my grandfather for the processions in Brazil. Wax is actually one of my main and most personal materials. I used it in other works and have writings on it, on memory, for my “Procession: An Installation for the Dead” 2013,, displayed at the Museum of the Americas grounds. I can re-create a version of this installation. ©eva_rocha copyright.
